Both were very knowledgeable and informative about everything . Jesse went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my trade in and purchase of my new truck. We bought the 2024 grand highlander hybrid and our experience was pleasurable. The car buying process was fairly quick. Our sales guy was Chris and he knocked it out of the park with customer service. Christian, the finance man was professional and attentive to our needs.
