2025 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4WD

I have one small issue, when I went in around December of 2024, employees were like no other! EXTREMELY respectful, helpful and went beyond to make my car buying experience like no other which we can’t have in El Paso. Just kidding! Mario which was the sales associate that assisted me during my time at the dealership, showed nothing but professionalism throughout, demonstrated top of the line customer service skills and was very honest with the shape of my new bronco. I brought my new vehicle into the service department a while back and your other amazing employee Mr. Martin did an excellent job at servicing the vehicle. Very respectful, helpful and professional as well as knowledgeable on his work. I now have a small issue on an aftermarket item that came with the vehicle and I just wished you guys would be able to help out in that but other than that, you guys have an excellent team and I appreciate it so much. Will definitely look into more cars on this dealership once the bronco is paid off! Thanks once again.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership purchase. Ulises was easy to work with and even offered to bring the car to me if I could not make it to the dealership. Aaron Rodriguez was an amazing sales person. He made my experience of looking and buying amazing. I was very hesitant to purchase with other sales reps. I went to 7 dealerships before we stopped at GMC. The accounting Javier Soto who helped finish the process was also helpful and helped me understand what exactly the dealership was offering when signing. I will highly recommend people to this dealership and my sales rep just so they can experience the same satisfaction as we did. My growing family is very happy with our purchase of our Acadia.
