2025 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

I love my Ford Bronco Sport! I am so glad Andre suggested looking at one, instead of having me going straight back into another Escape which I've had for the last 10 years. He clearly had an instinct that the Bronco Sport would fit me, and he was absolutely right! It reminds me of my Ford Explorer Sport that I loved so much, nostalgia!!- and is the perfect size (I need storage room, but the full size Explorers, Edges and Broncos are way too big for me), great gas mileage as well. Really appreciated how patient Andre was while we were looking at vehicles on the website, answering my million and a half questions, giving me time to coordinate communication between myself and a family member, looking at car reviews and car faxes, and all while I was absolutely exhausted and definitely not expecting to need a new [used] vehicle the day before I left for a long road trip. He could very easily have rushed me and he did not, and it made the experience a lot less stressful than it would have been otherwise. And by the end of the afternoon, I left with my new vehicle, and I was on the road to view the eclipse up in Maine the next day! Richie in Finance also took great care of me so we could get to a down payment and payment terms that I was comfortable with each month. And helping me to figure out a good name to give my vehicle, too. John in service was patient and flexible while I was overwhelmed trying to figure everything out in regards to my old vehicle. The best auto dealership experience in over 30 years! Purchasing our Mustang was a breeze, and everyone involved was professional and low pressure from start to finish. Our salesman Kristos and manager Bill covered every detail and price negotiations smoothly and worked in the needed extras to the deal easily. Business manager Richie was helpful and made the paperwork process easy. The service dept. is very responsive and top notch. And having lunch at their in house Cafe’ is a real bonus! 10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Everyone was extremely friendly from the greeting at the door, to making you feel at home while you wait, to thanking you every exit! There was no shady “sales man pitch”, you’re treated like a friend at Marcotte. My salesman Nick was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, and his customer service was amazing! Communication was above and beyond making sure I understood every part of the process, and everything was done at my convenience. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.
