Dawn is now my go to salesperson at Crossroads Ford Wake Forest. Super easy to work with and personable. I purchased my 2020 Expedition from Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest in Sept 2020, I recently went back for service for a repair and was just as pleased with the service experience as I was my buying experience. I will definitely return when I’m ready to upgrade in a few years. *note, picture is for attention, vehicle was only towed because we drove it to Ohio to buy the truck that was hauling it!* I love my Expedition!
