I recently bought a new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from here. Austin Hayhurst is the nicest guy there! He was awesome through out the entire experience. Got me a great deal and made me feel good about everything and explained all of the things. Brock was awesome too! He made sure I was informed on each aspect of the financial part of it. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’m not even lying about that. They’re not scummy at all and you don’t walk out of there feeling dirty or used up. I highly recommend buying from them. I’d definitely do it all over again with them! The reason for the 4 stars is below……. Their service department is a f-ing joke. I spent 9.5 hours there yesterday waiting for a ceramic coating. No one told me when I made my appointment or even when I rescheduled it that it was going to be a drop off and pick up kind of thing. I live two hours away from Minot so I was stuck there. The service dude was cavalier about everything and lied to my face. He made a point to come out at 1230pm (mind you I got there at 8am) and tell me that the tech had just come back from lunch and it would be done shortly and I could be on my way. Well here comes 430 and I’m still waiting…… Plus those guys didn’t even take the dealership stickers off to coat it. They left them on. When I asked why, they said it’s a special request and it has to be asked for prior to bringing the vehicle in, but again this was NOT communicated to me. I said who in their right mind would want that?! I highly recommend you either drop your vehicle off or find a different Toyota to take your vehicle to. I was so fuming mad yesterday at the level in which I was disrespected. I will personally never go back there for servicing. They lack human decency and communication.

My husband and I both traded in our vehicles for newer vehicles here. We loved working with Chris Filler who is a sales rep over there. He was really nice and worked hard to go the extra mile with both me and my husband. Chris was really the only reason we came back and got the vehicles a few weeks after our initial visit. The only issue we had was with the management. The management we talked too was nice, however, at times seemed very patronizing. But, they did give us great recommendations for other financing options in town and overall weren’t terrible. The rest of the people we worked with over there were excellent. Overall the experience was great.
