2026 Ford Bronco Badlands 4WD

I am usually a Harold Zeigler customer, my father convinced me to try another car lot he likes named Sundance due to them having a vehicle i was interested in. They had sold the vehicle i went to look at but had not updated their website. The car salesman was very pushy and rude. He started showing me trucks when I went there to look at an SUV with all wheel drive. I then explained how a truck was not what i wanted at all. I then decided to test drive as SUV with front wheel drive instead but then the salesman didnt even let me drive the SUV he had me sit passenger. After coming back I felt highly disrespected and was done! I left and went straight back to Harold Zeigler to look around the lot at the vehicles even though they were closed. I found a suv i liked and called Jake the next morning. Sadly someone else was trying to buy the vehicle. I left and Jake called me the next morning saying the other customer could not get approved for the loan. I test drove the vehicle and by that afternoon Jake had me taken care of!Jake Shook is one of the best salesman there is! Jake has sold me 5 vehicles over the years now. He has never been pushy with me, he is very honest about the vehicles. When finding the one he makes the rest of the process smooth and quick. I will never be trying another car lot again!

Rob was considerate of my needs, thorough and a good communicator. Even though my financial situation was not ideal, he worked around the hurdles and found me the best deal. I am thankful to have worked with Rob for my car purchase. He made everything smooth. I love my Ford Escape 2024 ST ?

At 52 years old I have never left a car dealership and been completely satisfied. My experience with Rob was efficient/kind/ and open about what the price would be.
