Tom's West went above and beyond with my families most recent vehicle purchase. We had an issue and they were there to make it right. Rich was awesome in making sure we were taken care of and Andrew was a great rep to work with and then Todd was a big help with the financial side. Excellent experience of buying my Tahoe after searching many car lots. Great friendly customer skills over the 1st phone call that made it worth moving forward. No big sales pitch to push you away. Everyone listened to my ideas of what I was needing and when entering the store everyone approached you with a smile and just genuine qualities that made you feel very comfortable and in the right place. They were very inviting and accommodating. I know their goal is to sell a car, but they were very open about the process, the vehicle, etc. They allowed me to take it for a few hours before I bought it to take it to a mechanic before I decided. After I purchased and the price sticker was removed from the car, I noticed a crack in the windshield. They gave me the number of someone who is going to get it fixed for me. I appreciate the ease of buying with them. Thank you guys.
