I was looking to have an electronic trailer brake controller added to my truck but my local dealer was saying it would be about 3 weeks before they could do the work. Franklin Ford was just 15 miles further and was able to do the work later that week. The service advisor was very friendly and helpful. I even called back to see if they could add an oil change service while they had my truck there and they took care of it. I'm very pleased with the work that they did.
