Our experience at crank Auto has been fantastic. We found a car on their website that was in our budget for our 16 year old and drove over there to look at it. After looking at the vehicle and an open and honest discussion, we purchased the vehicle. The check engine light came on the next day, and he asked us to bring it back to make some small repairs. He didn't have the right parts on hand, so he offered us a loaner vehicle and even offered to bring the vehicle back to me. We would have to say that this was, and is a great experience, and you should feel confident in the product and service offer to crank Auto. He truly cares about the customer, and that is huge when you are trying to find a used car

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Fateh was the most helpful after suffering with no AC for the majority of the Texas summer heat…. He was able to get us in right away, completed a complex job same-day, and was priced below what I anticipated. Rarely does my husband have a good note after interacting with car/repair people, but his reaction to the amazing customer service says it all!!! THANK YOU for such an amazing experience! We’ll definitely be using Crank Auto Repair in the future for all our vehicles and recommending to others!

Ever since I moved to Austin 5 years ago, Crank Auto has been my go to repair shop! The whole crew at the shop are amazing, honest, and fair when it comes to any repairs needed to your vehicle. I’ve referred numerous friends there when they’ve needed something fixed and they’ve all been very happy after leaving the shop. Highly recommend. And if you’re looking to sell your vehicle, look to them first, they will give you a fair price compared to what CarMax or other dealerships will offer. I sold them my old truck after I recently purchased a new one, they are confident in the work they’ve done on it and know the value. Crank Auto is the best!
