We were looking for a nicer "older" used car for my mother in law. For our price point (no more than $6000), most of the vehicles at the bigger lots were way overpriced, super high-mileage, or had lots of body damage. We found one at Planet via Carfax, called on it and immediately made the trip from Salt Lake to Orem to see it. We were not disappointed in the least. Upon pulling in, they already had the vehicle parked in front, ready to test drive. That was a nice touch. They gave us the keys and said "take as long as you need to test drive". We drove the car, loved it. Aside from being exactly as advertised, it was FAIRLY priced; well within KBB and NADA recommendations. Most other dealers had significant markups on this same model/year/mileage. The car was already detailed (including the engine). I mention this because another, larger dealer, (ahem...LHM) told us they don't even clean vehicles unless a customer is going to buy it, because it is a waste of their resources. Really? Anyways, financing was a snap, and within an hour, we were driving it home. In fact they even washed it, and filled the tank before we took it. I easily recommend them, and would go back again.
