I have NEVER had a better service experience in my over 40 years of driving. The Service Manager, Chris M. was simply wonderful. He was accommodating and kind. I was even greeted by one of the technicians before walking into the service manager's office. The work done to my 2018 Jeep Trail Hawk was completed within record time AND....the prices were extremely reasonable, given the repair. This facility will receive all my automotive business from now on, to include purchasing new automobiles. This kind of business process is not found in many locations anymore. I highly recommend Champion of Decatur. They won me over and then some!! Keep up the good work, team!
I arrived for my 6000 miles "Oil Change & Tire Rotation" schedule. The service assistent, Holly, checked me in, complimented me on the looks of my 2018 RAM. She was very pleasant and comfortable to talk with. I went into the service waiting room, had coffee, connected to Champion's free WIFI, and occupied my time on my phone. The wait time was typical and the service completed in a reasonable time. The cashier was also very friendly and cordial. All in all, the service was what I have been accustomed to at Champion... Good folks, good service!
