2012 Ford Explorer XLT

Extremely straightforward and easygoing process right in my little town. I had my eye on a vehicle and researched heavily before going in. I decided that they had it priced extremely reasonably especially considering that it's a very popular car that's difficult to find. I worked with Sebastian who was awesome. Very easy to talk to and painlessly guided me through the process. He kept me fully up-to-date the whole time. The finance department was fantastic too. Another easy, straightforward conversation and process, and I didn't feel overly pressured to purchase add-ons. I love my new vehicle! I've had it about three weeks now, and my solitary complaint was a rattle in one door when my music was turned up. I tightened a few bolts, and that seems to have fixed the issue. Went out to Rosen from Madison because they had great prices and were very easy to work with. I was able to schedule a test drive on-line and the whole process was very smooth and low pressure. They provided great rates, financing options, and tax rebates. Sebastian, Jose and Zach were easy to talk to and work with and it made the car buying experience so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I traveled over 2 hours to come to this dealership to buy a used fusion and I will definitely come back. Again I bought a used $10,000 vehicle and they didn't treat me any different than if I was buying a new vehicle. Prices and staff were excellent and honest. Caleb did an awesome job as my salesman.
