New Management Dan on the Ford Service side is great! When I pulled up he was on it. New video of service is awesome too. Heidi will go above and beyond to research and they are both very knowledgeable…. It’s feels good knowing when you drop off your Mercedes you recognize who you are handing over your keys too.. Integrity, efficiency and consistency is important to me… This location is the only place I trust to bring my vehicles to because they have Heidi there ! It’s been nearly a year since we bought our truck from Fred Martin. As a first time car buyer, I had a particularly difficult case to deal with. My husband & I were living abroad in the UK and were relocating to the USA. We needed to secure a vehicle before arriving, and our salesman Nick Gonatas was the most helpful in working with us to make it happen.
