We went to Nasa looking for a crew cab truck to fit our family, and they had a couple we were interested in at really reasonable prices. We drove to the office, but as luck would have it, they were out helping other customers, which is not a bad thing. But we were on a time crunch and didn't have long to wait. I called David at the number on their office door and he was very professional, personable, and apologetic that they could not help us right then. So he offered to have Scott bring the truck we were most interested in out to our house in Spokane Valley at a time that was convenient for us. That's some pretty high level customer service for such a small operation! Scott was very easy to talk to and gave us the facts on the truck, both good and bad, so we could make an informed decision. This was the polar opposite of the stereotypical sketchy, high-pressure sales situation that can occur with used car shopping. The truck turned out to be a perfect fit for us and we ended up buying it that same day. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism David and Scott displayed. If you give them a chance, they'll bend over backwards to earn your business!
