I was greeted by a friendly staff member as soon as I got out of my truck in the service bay, they took my information and told me it would be done pretty quickly, and invited me to wait in the lounge where I got a delicious cup of coffee. My technician showed me two air filters that he said I may want to replace and we made a plan to take care of it the next time I’m in, he also let me know I should probably do a tire rotation based on my mileage which we did decide to get taken care of that day as well. An oil change and tire rotation was only $116! I have paid $189 for just an oil change at Val online before so I was blown away at the deal to go along with top notch service. My tech also helped me apply my Chevrolet points which I thought was awesome he didn’t make it seem like it was an inconvenience in any way and was extremely patient and understanding while I found my member number. I will never take my vehicle anywhere but to Fridley friendly Chevrolet they really know how to take care of there customers!

Had an oil change/tire rotation appointment. Was early there, it was the first one for the vehicle. They made sure to comp the oil change and rotation. Even got it washed. Everything went well and was done in a timely manner.

There was a lot of unforeseen issues with my car within a year of me buying it. Every sales advisor I worked with did a wonderful job at trying to cut costs for me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I appreciate everyone involved.
