From my first long distance phone call, I knew this was a dealer who is honest, treats their customers well, and keeps their word. I had been looking for a particular car, in a specific color, for several years. I found it on their website, called and talked with Liz N. She was efficient, understood exactly what I wanted, and in 9 working days had all the paperwork done, a minor issue with the movement of the driver's seat repaired, and transported to my home 570 miles away! My visit there for a specific car lead to a kind and friendly experience. Through the paperwork and one on one time you have with the salesmen and also the GM. Everyone there is doing their best to help you buy the right car for you. Their indoor showroom includes a few vintage and modern vehicles which adds to the allure. Every step of the process was made easy thanks to Leo who personally helped me even though I wasn't one of his scheduled customers. He took the time and showed me around, explained in a efficient manner and went the extra mile with helping me select an insurance policy, lastly was knowledgeable on all the questions I threw hisnway.
