I just have to rave about Mo with Satisfaction Auto Sales! What a FANTASTIC experience I had from start to finish and more than satisfied with the beautiful used 2011 Chevy Impala that I purchased! I was looking everywhere for a safe used vehicle for my 17 year old daughter and kept hitting walls. Upon another attempt to find something, I came across Satisfaction Auto Sales who stood out to me for the high rating this business holds, which is big for me. The Google hours stated that the business was closed on Monday but I called anyway, and to my surprise, MO answered! He was so kind and genuinely seemed excited to have a new customer. He agreed to meeting my daughter and I after work and he delivered on his word. He was there on time and ready! He allowed us the time to look at the car, under the hood, all while answering all of our questions. We took the car for a test drive and the description was spot on, the car was amazing and SO clean which was nice. Mo had done a recent oil change and had a full tank of gas to top it off. The paperwork was smooth and Mo made sure that I had all questions answered and that I felt good about everything. He was friendly and most of all his honesty, passion and dedication to being a man of moral and good service was so refreshing! The long endless search ended up leading me to the place that my daughter and I were meant to purchase a car from. I HIGHLY recommend Mo and his business Satisfaction Auto Sales!
