2011 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4

Scott from service is hands down one of the best guys I have ever worked with. He is always kind and understanding, never condescending, and actually gets to the root of the problem of the vehicle without attempting to over charge. I also worked with Briana this time and she was also very clear cut doesn't try and talk you into anything either that may seem absurd. Highly recommend this dealership for service as I have found over the last year they are not "the type to oversell on service"

Took our RV to Ganley for oil change and maintenance checkup. Service Manager is awesome. Service was completed on time and all questions were answered. I highly recommend Ganley for large vehicle service. They have the bays and lifts to handle RVs and other larger vehicles.
