2012 Ford Explorer Limited 4x4

We are so happy with our purchase at Cars4Grab! Nick and team (Sam and Ernesto) were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We had a few concerns when we found the car we liked and Nick addressed and took care of all of them! Since we came from out of town, we took a rental car to Winchester to purchase the car and they offered to pick us up to bring us to the dealership. This dealership is the best! Nick is so accommodating and he really knows his stuff. He’s honest, detailed, and goes through everything step by step with you. Its my first time leasing a car and I was stressed but he explained it all thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand and was pleasant to be around. He has a wonderful attitude and me and my mom enjoyed our experience. The car I bought has very minor cosmetic scratches, and he even offered to fix them up for me next time I go in there, although it wasn’t necessary. Overall 10/10 I love my car and would definitely buy my next car off him. Thank you Nick!!
