2025 Ford Expedition

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience shopping for vehicles yesterday. Zach, the Finance Manager and Junior, the Salesman were beyond helpful in our search. They made sure to go out of there way to give us the best experience possible. No pushy tactics, no feeling like you have to walk away with a car that day. My wife and I have always tried to steer clear of dealerships in the past as we just never had aplesant experience from anywhere we have gone. I cannot recommend Girard Ford enough. Not only did Zach and junior take care of us but the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and made sure to introduce themselves as we were going through the process of taking our new vehicle home. If you are looking for an EASY, absolutely pleasant experience while shopping for your next vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Girard Ford in Norwich.
