2018 Ford Expedition XLT MAX

Just bought my 3rd car from Bozard and Thomas. What an amazing place filled with amazing employees. Please give them a chance if in the market.. You will not be disappointed.

After a horrible experience at a Ford dealership here in Jacksonville, Fl, we decided to go ahead and take our business elsewhere, and I am so glad that we chose Bozard Ford in St. Augustine. Bozard treated us the exact opposite as the other dealership, and turned our doubts 180 degrees. We told them what we wanted, and within a few hours we were driving home in the truck we wanted. Not only was it the truck we wanted, but it was the Lariat model of the Ford Maverick. It was more than what we were looking for feature wise, but at the same time within our budget, even less. Jeremy passed us over to Bryan Griggs who was just absolutely amazing and laid back in every way. In finance, we dealt with Shane Lough, who was equally as amazing. Both great people that know exactly what they are doing. Keep those guys around!! Their sales team and finance team reminded me a lot of the sales team at my dealership, and I work in service, which says a lot. Very laid back, serious, and knowledgable, without being aggressive or judgmental in any way. Most importantly, you can tell they deal with service closely. To everyone in service, especially the tech that prepped our ride, our hats go off to you. Y'all are awesome! Detail....that means you too!! All I have to say is that the Ford Maverick is not an easy truck to obtain at this moment in time. One minute you see it listed, and within minutes, it is gone. I lucked out and found the full package within minutes, and it would not have been possible without the Bozard team by our side every step of the way. Keep on keeping on, y'all are one fine oiled machine.

I just purchased a 2023 mustang GT premium from Bozard Ford. During my shopping experience between different dealers I found that the sales staff was quicker to respond despite the fact that they were no less busy. I worked with Jeremy and he did a fantastic job of making things go quickly and seamlessly. The dealership itself is clean and has a very large selection. For the car itself I absolutely love it. Best of all, they do customization work here! They are a Roush dealer and installer. If you’re in the market for a Ford give them a try.
