This is arguably one of the most outstanding experiences we've ever had at any car dealership. Janet demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about every feature of the Palisade, from its advanced safety systems to its innovative multimedia setup. Overall, I would rate this a perfect 10 out of 10 for professionalism, expertise, and customer service.

Janet was amazing! She spent so much time with us trying to get us in the right car. We were finally able to find something that worked for me, and everything was done well. I came in with my 2012 Hyundai Sonata that had finally had it, and ended up leaving with a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. I say that’s pretty good! I’ll definitely be doing my business with them going forward. Mike Wilcox was amazing! Love the service and this dealership. I've been to two other dealerships since buying my first Hyundai in 2022 that were much closer, and they were awful. Shottenkirk of Canton is over an hour from my house, and I make the drive because they're amazing. They create a superior costumer service experience.
