Troy responds quickly to texts, which is much appreciated that I didn't have to spend time on the phone and knows these cars inside and out, his knowledge and experienceis phenomenal. I went to Sewell first and was disappointed so we came to Crest, I'm so happy the car I wanted was at Crest!!! Jess in sales is great!!! Tux is phenomenal, even with questions I have about menu options and settings, he's a true gem and ALWAYS available!!! The dealership is farther from me, and I really hate the traffic of Frisco, but the people I've named are why I'm a Crest customer for life!!!
Advisor went the extra mile on my service visit recently for that I’m grateful. A loaner vehicle was provided and a courtesy diagnostic was completed to make sure I understood the condition of the vehicle. Great way to keep a customer coming back!
Crest Infinity is a fabulous place! I've been taking my 2011 FX 35 there since I bought it. Their service is flawless! Customer service is respectful, all employees are dressed professionally and treatment is outstanding.
