2021 Ford Expedition XLT MAX

If I could give more than 5 stars honestly I would. Scott, Josh, Al, Chris, Marty and the whole team went above and beyond any of my expectations. I came in to Ed Morse Mitsubishi looking at my dream car a Porsche 911. From the moment I walked in the professionalism, laid back environment and non pushyness was super comforting and refreshing based on my previous experiences with other dealerships. Scott and Josh took the time to understand my situation and help make the best deal possible for me. Simple things that go such a long way for me. They appraised my trade in and within 10 minutes I had my keys to my car back in my hand. Most dealerships will hold them so you can’t leave when you’d like. Chris helped touch up a couple rock chips within 15 min of me pointing them out to him. Further more Josh and Scott worked passed business hours and on their day off to get my financing in place. Most dealerships would just sell the car to the next guy when a challenge comes up but to me it shows it’s more than a transactional relationship at Ed Morse. They made the excitement of getting a car I’ve wanted for a long time that much more exciting and made me feel super comfortable doing the deal with them. I’d recommend any of my closest friends or family to them and they have a new customer for any new vehicles I’ll be buying in the future. It felt like a friendship more than them just trying to sell another car to hit a number for the month and I think anyone going in to buy a car can respect that and looks for that when purchasing their next vehicle.
