2021 Ford Expedition XLT MAX

I had a great buying experience with Dr. Phil. He was extremely patient with me and didn’t pressure me at all. 5 stars for him. I left 4 due to an issue I had with the service department. I love my new Nissan Kicks it’s perfect for me and my little guy!

Doggett Nissan service department took care of my maintenance with great customer service and attention to detail. The package covered much more than just the oil and filter change and cost less than I expected. The waiting area was comfortable with a few amenities available if i wanted anything. I was very pleased with the level of care and would definitely bring it back. They took care of everything I asked for and more.

Anthony in service is always a pleasure. Quick, accurate, and considerate. Im always welcomed with a smile and pleases with my service. Unfortunately, I took away a star only because I do not recommend the free car wash. The vehicle appeared as if they took a wet towel and wiped my dirty car down. From the windows to the car looked horrible and my cars paint was scratched up. That’s the only unfortunate experience I’ve had.
