2021 Ford Expedition XLT MAX

Fantastic service been going for years for routine maintenance of my old Focus SE. I enjoyed their work so much that when I wanted a new car, Kelly Ford is the only dealer I really shopped at. Visited twice looking for a truck. On second visit I happened upon the one that was perfect. Very easy low pressure environment. The whole team was fantastic. Really good guys who also purchase and drive Fords because they enjoy the brand as much as I do. I felt bad keeping them working late past closing hours on Sunday but they were determined get me into the car. Above and beyond effort!

I had just moved to Melbourne and didn't have a car, but called the dealership to get my credit application going and told the salesperson that I was going to get a Lyft to their location. Instead, Jason showed up 20 minutes later driving the car I was interested in so I could test drive it on the way back to the dealership. How's that for customer service? Jason not only made the test drive fun while talking me through all the great things about the car, but he was extremely kind and friendly, too. He even helped me get my car insurance set up! By the time we got to Kelly Ford, my application was approved and the paperwork well underway. Sandy, the finance woman, was also extremely sweet and kind, and thoroughly explained all my finance and upgrade options. This was hands-down the most enjoyable and fast car buying experience I've ever had. And I drove off with a low mileage, gorgeous, 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks edition, which is the nicest car I've ever owned. Kelly Ford and its staff are top shelf, and I couldn't recommend them any higher – definitely buy your next car from them!
