I drove from Texarkana to pick up my truck. When I picked it up, I noticed the vents on the passenger side were all closed. I didn’t really think anything about it. Then, I figured out that the duel sided climate control was messed up and nobody said anything about it. I called my salesman to ask about it. I got his voicemail and left a message for him to call me back. He never did. I love my truck and everyone there was very nice, but that kinda left a bad taste in my mouth.
I walked onto the lot expecting one of those pesky salesmen to be breathing down my neck. Instead I was given time to look. Then I had the privilege to meet the salesman of my dreams.
