Went in not knowing what I was in for, this was my first time purchasing from a dealership. That's where we met Del, he was very pleasant and an all around genuine person. He really listened and understood what I was wanting and took the time to understand my needs in a car. The car I got wasn't completely ready yet, but he went above and beyond to make sure I could ride it out that same day.
