I had a fantastic experience with Alicia at Cannon Ford. She took the time to understand my needs and wants, ensuring the car I chose was a perfect fit. Her knowledgeable, no-pressure approach made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for your next vehicle.

Thank you Margaret Brooks and Dana Stephens for everything y’all have for me and my family. You made the buying experience well worth it. Thank y’all again . I love how Ford has put the American flag in vehicles. So proud

We had the most wonderful help from Margaret, Gordon, and Jason at Cannon Ford of Pascagoula. Our Ford F-150 was struck by an 18-wheeler tire that shredded off the truck in front of us and slammed against the passenger side of the car. The shredded tire tore off the door handle on the passenger rear door, left rubber marks on the paint, and punctured, our passenger rear tire. The AAA technician was unable to get spare tire down from under the bed. He towed us to Cannon Ford of Pascagoula, but it was after the service center had already closed. Margaret, one of the Ford employees, stopped to ask us what had happened. When we explained we needed help to get our spare from under the truck bed and swap it out with the flat rear tire. Margaret offered to help get the spare tire down and change it for us. She was working on getting the spare down, when Gordon stopped by on his way to his car and asked what was going on. We explained and Gordon said he could help. They started working together to get the spare tire down. Gordon was lying down on the ground working underneath the bed of the truck. Margaret was feeding the long pole that fits onto the spare. They were helping even though this really wasn’t their job. It was difficult but they got the job done. They realized the spare tool wasn’t put together properly. With that fixed, they got the tire down, pulled the tire out from under the vehicle, took the flat tire off the car, and put the spare tire on the car. Finally putting the old tire back under the vehicle as there was no room for it in the truck. Gordon’s white shirt and pants were filthy and all he said was he’s glad to help us get back on the road. It had been a rough day up to that point and their willingness to help a stranger out after work hours took such a load of our shoulders. We can’t thank them enough.
