2025 Ford Expedition Active MAX 4x4

Driving across South Dakota and heading back to Illinois, the alternator went out on our Honda Odyssey. Everywhere we called said that they didn’t work on “foreigns”. Called Murdo and Travis had us towed in within 30 minutes. They verified the issue was the alternator, called to get the part, and were set to have it delivered the next day (on a Saturday). They loaned us a vehicle and recommended places to stay. Once the part arrived, Jake had it installed faster than we knew what was even going on; a true bunch of professionals that know their craft, shoot straight, and help where they can. Prices were a touch higher than we expected but you get what you pay for. We didn’t have a single additional issue the entire 12 hours home and were home Saturday night. I was driving from Nebraska back home to Bismarck, ND when my tire blew out. I used some random roadside assistance app. Travis, from Murdo Sales and Service was dispatched and wow! It was Saturday night and so I had to spend a couple nights in Murdo waiting for repair. Travis recommended a hotel and came in while I registered to make sure they had availability. He drove me to the tire shop that would be working on my car so i would know how to get there Monday; it was within walking distance of the hotel. He showed me where the grocery store was, also within walking distance of the hotel. I forgot my phone charger in my vehicle. He drove back out and got it and brought it to me. I made it the 4 more hours back toBismarck on Monday. Travis CALLED me to make sure I was home and that everybody treated me fairly. Incredible.
