This was a great experience! I went to Loveland Ford to look at some of the used vehicles to help my decision on what model of vehicle I wanted. I was greeted by James Jimenez, he took the time to ask questions about what I was looking for, and what my price range was. He showed me some options, and gave me the opportunity to test drive one of the models I was considering. James has a good balance, he was a salesman, excited to try and help me find something, as he should be, but was also not pushy where you want to leave because you don't feel that you are given the time to stop and think or make a decision. He asked if I want to talk numbers since I liked the vehicle that I test drove, but if I had so chosen I felt free to say no and leave to continue considering my options. I went ahead with looking at pricing and James worked for me to get to the price point that I was trying to stay with, I felt instead of just try to make a sale he was working on my behalf and cared that i got what I need and liked! It was a smooth and enjoyable process form the moment I walked on the lot, to later that afternoon when I was able to come back and get payment made and take my SUV home! I later had questions about a couple additional things with the vehicle and I was able to contact James and he continued to give assistance and help with options on the little details as well! Thank you Loveland Ford, and special thanks to James Jimenez! My Ford Edge is awesome!

As a long time customer of Loveland Ford I cannot say enough great things about this dealership! I just recently bought a 2022 Ford Explorer and it is absolutely perfect!! I love it so much more than I could have imagined! Raul Perez was amazing to work with, he is kind and very knowledgeable. I trust him with the information he provided and appreciate his honesty. I had a great experience with Scott at Loveland Ford. This was the second time that I purchased a vehicle from the location. The process was smooth and speedy (less than three hours from start to finish) given that my visit came at the end of the month during a big sales event - when it’s typically busy! Scott was incredible. He responded to my online inquiry promptly. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles I expressed interest in. We were able to set up a date and time that fit my schedule. I arrived to the dealership a bit early but he was available and ready to assist. He listened to my needs while also asking questions to fully understand the type of vehicle I was looking for. He was kind and truly valued me as a customer. Scott was not pushy nor did he have that typical car salesman vibe. Working with Scott honestly felt like I was reconnecting with an old friend. He worked with me to get the best deal for my trade-in and got me into the truck that would suit my lifestyle.
