2025 Ford Expedition Active MAX 4x4

What an awesome team! I was interested in a used 4Runner they had so I got in contact with them and spoke with Ari who was extremely nice and helpful! When I came to see the vehicle I spoke with Albra who was knowledgeable and showed my parents and I the vehicle. Chris and his team were willing to work with us on a few things so we happily bought the vehicle! 10/10 Recommend, will definitely be returning for all my vehicle needs!!

I went in looking to upgrade to a small SUV with great safety ratings. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with kindness and like family - not at all the typical car buying experience you might find at another dealership. Albra took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle and made sure not to show me something that was wildly outside my budget or list of wants/needs. They did everything in their power to get me into the vehicle I wanted with the best rate we could get me. Albra wasn't just about making a sale - he showed top notch customer service and care. He took the time to show me how the Ford app works, made sure I was comfortable with everything in the vehicle, made sure it was sparkling clean and had a full tank, had weathertech mats put in for me knowing I plan to use the vehicle to take my dog hiking, and helped me get android auto set up. And then checked in with me the next day to make sure I was still enjoying it. As for the 2021 Ford Escape, I am absolutely over the moon in love with it. Comfortable, safe, has so many wonderful features.

Chris and Albrie made my buying experience happen in a timely manner because I knew what l wanted from the beginning. I am enjoying my new bronco. Customer service were great. These people are very professional out here at Riverside Ford. If l need another car l will check with them first.
