I just purchased a Buick enclave and my experience was amazing. I live out of state, but prefer buying my vehicles here because it is significantly cheaper. The customer service was amazing. Shout out to Connor, Scott, Tresten & Brenden. They arranged a ride to pick my husband up at the airport and even went as far as buying him lunch. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was not able to purchase a vehicle due to the fact that they sold it the day before I arranged to purchase it. But it’s not the dealers or the salesman’s fault, I never put a holding fee on it so it was up for grabs until I came in the next day to purchase. Wish I could have purchased through them as they were so easy to work with, especially Zach. Zach showcased a personable and professional approach, maintaining a non-pushy stance during negotiations. His solid knowledge of the vehicles he was selling, combined with honesty, makes him a trustworthy individual you'd be happy to call a friend.
