This location still feels exactly like doing business with Suburban to me. I’m dealing with the same people as before but now their shirts say they “Believe in nice” (which I think was always the case ????)….I bought a car there yesterday, and it was the same experience as the other 4 or 5 we’ve purchased there in the past when they were Suburban.
I purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands 2DR from this dealership on 3/8/2024 and it was one of the best, and easiest, car buying experiences I've ever had. We worked a large portion of the deal out over the phone as the dealership is a little bit of a drive from my home. After the deal was agreed to, I drove there and when I arrived the deal remained exactly as discussed. There were no changes at all to my trade value or to their vehicle price. There were no dealer markups, no dealer addon's and no surprises or hidden fees. I was in and out in about an hour and a half and back on my way home in my new vehicle. Taylor was my salesperson and Kirsten was the Sales Manager. They were both awesome to deal with and were knowledgeable, friendly, honest and upfront about the deal. Jake in financing was also great and I was not pressured to purchase addons and/or additional coverages. Overall, I had a very positive experience with this dealership and I'd highly recommend you give them a look when considering a vehicle.
