Preston did a great job , knowledgeable on every aspect of the Atlas . The general manager made you feel very comfortable at the dealership .

Overall, everything went very well. My only complaint is with how trade-in negotiations are done. I prefer to negotiate with the person who determines the value instead of using the salesman as a middle-man. However, I do understand this is how most dealerships are structured anymore.

It was a great experience. I was expecting to leave the dealership with a completely different vehicle but fell in love with the Tiguan. I am very pleased with everyone at Bismarck Motor Company - Tony Helvig is a great salesperson.
