2018 Ford Expedition XLT MAX 4x4

I’ve very rarely ever left a vehicle dealership feeling good about anything but that changed with this one. Everybody here was amazing. Randy, Ryan & Bill, Tyler, Freddy and Marissa went out of their way and got me the exact truck I was looking for and also did great getting my work van scheduled for repair. No complaints, just an easy car-buying experience thanks to Allen McCloud. This is my first time looking at Fords and he went over all the trim levels and give me a chance to test drive different ones to ensure I was happy with the selection. They offered me a fair deal on my trade-in, with Dick Masheter’s offer being significantly higher than both CarMax and Carvana. Tyler in F&I office was also great. Is it the fanciest car dealership ever? No, but I’d rather have the easy sales experience over a beautiful showroom.

I never write a review, however this is by far the best location to go to when looking for a new or used vehicle , Five Star goes to Mykal, Ryan, Bill and Sam working with each of them was such a pleasure everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable they ensure all your concerns and questions are answered and you never feel like your just another sale. The time each person takes with their customers is amazing and I very much appreciate to the customer service team at Dick Masheter Ford. ??????????????
