My husband and I had been going back and forth on going to a shorter expedition, as the Expedition Max we had was great but after a while we realized it truly wasn't needed. We returned to Prestige Ford and had the opportunity to work with Michael Cook and what a wonderful experience we had! A HUGE shoutout to him as he was able to get us into a '24 Ford Expedition Limited and how beautiful the vehicle is, I am so very thankful for Michael and the easy transition it was from one vehicle to another. Very friendly staff here. Had a great experience with the entire staff. Chris our sales representative especially helped us get the deal we wanted and any issues resolved quick and easy. The detail department could have done better. There was still some trash in the vehicle still upon purchase and sticky residue in the cup holders after it was ran through the detail department. But otherwise couldn’t be more happier with my new vehicle!

Suggested for you
