2025 Ford Expedition Platinum MAX 4x4

I 100% did not expect to purchase anything at the Kia dealership. Nothing against Kia I just saw myself driving something else. Immediately ANDRES was greeting me and my husband and I swear within 5 minutes he found the perfect car for me. ANDRES was very knowledgeable about everything Kia. ANDRES answered questions I didn’t even know to ask. He was all around super kind and helpful. He walked us through every warranty and what they meant and how to use them. ANDRES showed us where to go for servicing and he made sure to let us know everything that was going on when we were waiting to hear back on financing through Kia. Not only was ANDRES amazing, the staff at Kia were also very kind. They all made sure to smile at us when they walked by. When it came to signing paperwork, ALEX was also phenomenal. ALEX walked us through every single page and made sure to translate the legal jargon before we signed anything (we didn’t even have to ask, he was just on it.) ALEX was very apologetic about the time it was taking to get everything processed but honestly, if you go into a dealership you should expect to spend quite a bit of time there. However, we were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours which I feel was quick and most of that was me making up my mind. I guess I should probably say something about the actual CAR I got .. IT IS SO NICE AND BEAUTIFUL. I got a 2024 KIA Seltos and 100/10 would recommend. So quiet and drives so smooth.

Finally got my Kia Telluride that I have been wanting for over a year now. Ramon Palencia was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the one I wanted. He has also checked in on me after I bought it. I have had it for a few weeks now and I love it.

Kia of Yuma is an extremely professional, outstanding customer service and very attentive to each of there customers. They have a great sales team and an even greater sales manager. My sales rep Andrew went above and beyond, even after the sale to make sure I was happy and Jessica, the sales manager is equally great to all of the customers.
