Fran is the BEST!! As was Nick and Margot. Everyone made me feel right at home. They answered all my questions no matter how dumb. No one was pushy which meant a lot as if they were I would have walked out of the showroom and would have never come back. I hope dealing with the service department when my car needs to be repaired will be the same way.

From the start, Jordan made this experience as painless and convenient as possible. Car shopping is stressful and anxiety provoking and at no point was I uncomfortable, did I feel rushed, or felt as though something was being pushed on me. Jordan was personable and honest, and I felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than a salesman. Kieran was also extremely helpful and transparent when finishing up the paperwork and made an overwhelming process quick, easy, and understandable. Again, I never felt pressured or rushed and Kieran took his time explaining everything to me and ensured I was comfortable. This is far from my first car buying experience and I am for sure only returning to Garnet VW for my future needs. I’ll be telling anyone I can to head over and ask for Jordan and Kieran. By far the best car buying experience I had, it turned what had been an awful few weeks around and made it all end on a positive note. Thank you guys!!
