C and M Ford is exceptional to deal with for service and repair. I can email the service manager, get an appointment set up, tell of any concerns, have my vehicle picked up and delivered. Communication with the service department manager is always great and consideration is always given of what my concerns are or what needs to be done.

I love my hometown dealership! They gave me a ride home after I dropped my vehicle off and when the service was completed they delivered it to my home! They are so accommodating and service is always with a smile!
