I was very satisfied with my service experience on my MY12 Volt. My customer care contact, Jeffery, was very professional. When I first brought the car in, I shared that a tire store had recommended strut and related front end work be done but I was skeptical (having taken a look under the car before my service visit.) Instead of trying to advise that unnecessary work be done, Jeffery showed me photos indicating the recommended service was unnecessary. The other work that was done was quick, professional and reasonably priced. I will continue to return to Saline Chevrolet.
