This was my first car buying experience and I bought from out of state. They had a car I could not find anywhere in my state and that is hard to find. Dave was extremely helpful and got me whatever information I needed. He even sent me a custom recorded video of the car I wanted. Steven got the paperwork sent overnight to me with a prepaid return overnight envelope and helped with whatever my credit union needed. They were not pushy or sketchy, like I’d expected car salesmen to be. These guys made this the easiest, most enjoyable process that I was originally kind of intimidated by. I was a little scared to buy a car I’d never driven or seen in person, but let me tell you, they were so helpful and I was happy with the whole process. Got my car delivered to my doorstep, even more beautiful in person. No surprises, no hidden fees, completely transparent. The whole thing took 8 days from the first call to the delivery. Would absolutely do business with them again.

Larry Wilson, our salesman, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Kept us informed along the way on our special custom order F-350. I had a previous bad experience with Greiner decades ago, but our faith has absolutely been restored. The entire purchase process was seamless and super easy. Laura Hofstad , the finance manager, was a hoot and made my wife and I feel like we were at home. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my wife to get her new Ford. We would 100% recommend Greiner Ford for your next vehicle purchase.

Our salesman, Troy was simply the best. Not pushy, well informed, and willing to go the extra mile. I, Traci, am not a Ford fan and I was upfront about that. My husband, was sold on the Bronco Sport before we ever arrived. Troy, took his time answering all my questions and literally helped me make my own determination that the Ford Bronco Sport was going to be a good fit for me. Superb customer service. Next, our experience in the financial department was also fantastic. I have never felt so relaxed going into debt before. Laura also went the extra mile by staying late and never once made us feel she was inconvenienced. Yes, I know it is part of the job, and I have been in sales too, but there was absolutely no indication by either Troy or Laura that we needed to hurry up and sign on the dotted line. I can honestly say I do not have buyers regret. Now Ford, it is up to you to make sure I stay a Ford fan. Troy and Laura did their part phenomenally.
