2024 Ford Expedition King Ranch

We traded in my old car and leased a new one from Volkswagen in Kalispell! It was such an easy and nice experience. We were helped by Chris and Gus, both of them answered all of our questions and helped with the whole process. They were both amazing and such nice people to work with. We never felt pressured like other car salesman have done in the past. They never checked our credit until we signed the proper paperwork. They laid out all the numbers and payment plans so we could do more research before coming back for our test drive. We went home with a safe and awesome car that will be perfect for our growing family :)

What a great buying experience! We’ve been to a lot of dealerships in Missoula, Kalispell and Whitefish to find our next car. Some salesmen lied to us. Some just wanted to push the sale. Brian Eklund is everything but that. He was patient, funny, intelligent/informed, and just “got” us and what we wanted. I can’t recommend him and this dealership enough. What an incredible experience - one worth sharing- I had with Kalispell VW and Brian Eklund. I have been searching for a new car for over a year now and haven’t been able to find the right car and unfortunately had some negative experiences with a couple other local dealers. I was feeling a bit helpless until I saw someone driving an Atlas Cross Sport through town the other day and I really liked it. Upon investigating, I was stunned to see the 1.9% financing available at VW right now. So I drove over to the dealership and was so lucky to get teamed up with Brian. Honestly, it felt like I was working with a family member- there was no cheesiness or pressure. He was patient and genuine (and incredibly polite and thoughtful). Also, I genuinely don’t think he thought he was making a sale that day. He genuinely wanted me to be informed and make the right decision. After driving the Atlas Cross Sport and learning more about the car - I was sold. It brought together everything I’ve been looking for in a car, at a price point that was a good value and an interest rate that doesn’t exist right now. It also was the perfect scenario working with Brian (and the manager Gus who helped finalize things and also helped with a few special requests- I was impressed he listened and went out of his way for me). Best part, they delivered the car to my house the next day! You can see in the picture below, my parents used to have a VW bug so I’ve always been VW curious, but was hesitant about the price point. However, I had inflated the price point in my head and really feel I got an incredible value. VW also offers a lot of perks that don’t come with some other car brands. More than anything I wanted to share the positive experience b/c I was starting to think that didn’t exist with the dealers in this area. Ask for Brian if you swing by-he will make your day.
