2012 Ford Expedition Limited 4x4 EL

I've rated this place in the recent past, but 8m happy to rate them again because I visited them again. I still feel that my experience with each employee that I've met at Jeremy's have been very kind, courteous, and absolutely customer service oriented. I actually get the feeling that the employees aren't "acting" as if they are being courteous. It feels like they actually "like" to be courteous. In my experience, when an employee at any business shows that they are "willing" to be helpful, kind, and customer focused, it's usually because their employer is treating them well. I don't know if this is or isn't the case here, but I'm assuming it is. I can only assume that my opinion is correct but I believe it to be true simply because there are several employees at this place and I've not been talked to rudely ever, and I've been treated with respect and the utmost kindness at each of my 3 visits. Way to go Jeremy's!! One more thing to be noted, each time I've visited, the mechanics' "garage" section always seems to be full and all the mechanics are busy. This indicates to me that they have a customer following and probably repeat customers. In my experience, bad news travels much faster than good news, so Jeremy's must be doing something right because they are ALWAYS busy.

He was super patient with me and worked with my budget. I traded in my old Neon for a really nice Focus. I would definitely recommend buying a car here. He even filled up the tank for me. Definitely above and beyond service and way better than any dealer I have ever worked with

Awesome service!!! Couldn't get the spare down from under the van so ended up getting towed to the shop and they finally got it off and on the van. Put air in the spare and we were set and on our way.
