2012 Ford Expedition

I had an absolutely incredible experience with the team at Fitz. Frank Villatoro worked tirelessly to work out a lease deal for me on a Buick Envista via email as I am not from the area. Mr. Lopez was on site to help test drive the different trims of the vehicle and work the paperwork, and the whole team was communicative and kind the entire afternoon. I absolutely love my car, I felt well informed and respected the entirety of the day, and it was the best car dealership experience I’ve had. Thank you to the team there for helping me get a great car and great deal.

Cannot say enough about how great the service department is at Fitzgerald’s Rockville location! In particular, working with Brian W. and Gaby really was GREAT! And, I have to commend the ladies at the front desk for handling my paperwork so efficiently! I highly recommend Fitzgerald’s Rockville location for all vehicle service work! Also, in 2019, I purchased an Acadia SUV there and the transaction was done so fairly, I will not go anywhere else to purchase our next vehicle….and did you know they sell HUMMERS? A very impressive vehicle!!

I drove directly to Fitzgerald Buick GMC of Rockville right after seeing a listing for a used car. I walked in and was greeted with a smiling representative Carlton and he immediately got to work getting the keys for the vehicle we had seen listed. Within minutes of arriving he had the car pulled up and waiting for a test drive. The purchase process was fast and simple ( we did not finance ) We had a little bit of a wait for their service staff to do some final cleanup and checks for the vehicle and everyone was smiling and professional all working together to finalize the transaction. Kudos to Carlton the sales rep who started and finalized paperwork and to Chris the manager on duty who greeted us and made sure everything was good. Also shout out to their great service staff who worked behind the scenes to get the car ready to go out the door.
