2017 Ford Expedition Limited 4x4 EL

Working with client Ford in Winneconne was the most pleasant experience I've had as a female trying to buy a car and a male-dominated industry. Austin and the rest of the client forward group were just amazing and took a lot of time with us to make sure that we got the right vehicle that we got financed properly and that they talked us through all of the different steps. Went to Klein’s to get a set of tires put on my truck. The service department was awesome! Jason the service manager looked and looked and looked for a certain tire I wanted. He had no luck whatsoever. Until the next day when he looked and found a set I was looking for. He called me and said it a now or never time to order them. I said let’s do it. The tires came in the following day and Corey and Paul said the tires are in and when can we get them put on. I stopped the following day to talk in person and they told me the schedule could fit me in the next day. Great, but my problem was I needed a vehicle to get to work. Luckily a loaner came back right before I stopped in. They said let’s do some paperwork for the loaner and if you want, you could take it tonight and leave your truck and we’ll start on it the first thing in the morning. So I said that works for me. So the loaner was returned after not wanting to. It was a 2024 Ford Explorer Timberline. One sweet ride in my opinion and the service counter guys as well. Hard to give it up, but glad to have my 2018 Ford F150 back with a brand new set of Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T’s on it with new fog lamps installed as well. The tires look great, sound great and are exactly what I was l looking for and wanted. I had the fog lights in the truck and the service technicians did a great job installing them. They look great and are very bright and nice compared to the old , burnt out, cracked lens ones I had. So I can’t thank the service department enough at Klein’s. Between Jason, Cory, Paul, and the service technicians. They did an awesome job, and I am very happy with it. Thanks again Klein Ford for an awesome job on one of our vehicles.
