2020 Ford Expedition Limited MAX 4x4

I had my reservations about going to a local dealership due to poor customer service at another local dealership, but Jordan and the staff at Swickard were very courteous and very helpful. I am a picky person who tends to overthink things and take my time to make decisions and Jordan was very patient with me and I appreciated all his help. This dealership is very professional and it was a good feeling for once to not feel pressured. They even gave my kids some goodies which they loved! It was a nice change and I highly recommend Jordan if you’re looking at purchasing a new vehicle in the future.

My experience with Swickard yesterday was almost perfect. First: Easy to make the appointment. Second: They were very accommodating when I had to change the appointment Third: No wait when I dropped off my car. Fourth: All work done well and winter tires wrapped in back of car. Fifth: Very courteous, professional people to work with and a nice driver available for shuttle service. Small downside: I tried to phone to see if my car was ready because I was in the area with a friend --but could not get through. And I miss the Store your Tires!

Service department is top notch. I have always had great experiences here. They also have really awesome trucks like this Jurassic park truck I have my eye on. Thanks again Swickard until next time!!
