I found myself unexpectedly in the market for a car and was very nervous going into it. I met Robert at the dealership and told him what I was looking for. I really appreciate him being very informative on cars (especially in Alaska) and being very easy to work with! He made the process fun and not stressful. He was very patient when I became indecisive and kept going back and forth to look at two cars. Once, I made a decision, Lynn, the finance and paperwork lady, was super fun to talk to while I signed papers.
