I’m extremely grateful for the wonderful customer service I received at Toyota Terre Haute. Josh Johnson was my sales consultant and he made the process of buying my car smooth. I traveled from Chicago to purchased the 2023 Corolla Cross Hybrid-Acidic Blast and once I arrived to the dealership I was in and out in less than a hour. The dealership manager David is amazing too. Our salesman, Jeff Sheets, was absolutely amazing!!! As a business owner as well as having been in the car business, I believe Jeff is one of the most outstanding sales representatives I have ever encountered. From the moment we first spoke with him to the time we drove our vehicle off the lot, it was perfection. He went out of his way to make sure we were well informed and satisfied with not only our vehicle but our experience. We drove about 2 hours to deal with Jeff and buy from someone who earned our trust. This is the first Toyota we have ever purchased but it certainly won't be the last.
