Randy greeted us politely when we walked into the building. We knew what vehicle we wanted to test drive and he was happy to pull it up to warm up while they got a copy of our license. The test drive did not require him to tag along which is nice, it provides a low pressure environment, that way you can get a feel for the vehicle without distractions. When we returned he told us about a higher trim model that was available for only a little more. We drove that model and liked it better. Only took him 30 seconds to print the financial sheet to bring to our own credit union. Everything was a breeze and he was polite and fast at his job. If you want to avoid the big box car lots that drag out the paperwork for 3 plus hours, than John Solis is where you want to car shop. No pressure, freindly atmosphere.
